Text: Pros - Loved chilling at the bar, staff was super friendly. Cons - Had a bed mix-up, like a surprise roommate every night! The dorm was so cozy, I could practically feel my neighbor's breath. Oops, maybe they were just trying to be extra close and friendly!

I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel in Vietnam. the location was perfect for exploring the city's major tourist attractions. I was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with air conditioning and nice views. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in providing two double beds for a good night's sleep, even though there was limited storage space. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.
No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hostel had sociable atmosphere, great rooftop, and curtains for privacy. The staff, especially Quay, were friendly and helpful, assisting with police report for lost belongings. Good value for the price, convenient location, and spacious rooms.
Nothing, all great.

I recently stayed at Wanderlust Saigon Hostel & Rooftop Bar for a short visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one of the girls who was both crazy and hilarious. The location was perfect, with a 5-minute walk to Pub Street and a 15-minute walk to Cho Ben Thanh. The smaller dorm room I stayed in was much nicer than the larger one. The rooftop bar had an amazing atmosphere, and I loved the convenience of having stores right across from the hostel.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The hostel is located in a central area, making it very convenient to walk around and explore the city. the dorms are quite spacious and have very comfortable beds. the staff is quite friendly and always willing to help guests with anything they might need.
The stairs leading to the rooms are quite steep and there is no elevator available in the building, making it difficult with physical disabilities or heavy luggage. the common areas are limited and there is no bar or restaurant available on-site.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and being close to a popular attraction. The morning staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. The rooftop bar was a great place to hang out and meet other travelers.
The night staff was a bit hit or miss, with some being less than friendly. The bathroom situation was not ideal, with only one bathroom per floor and it being narrow and cramped.

We had a great stay at this hostel in a central and lively location. We loved the proximity to shops, cafes and the Ben Thành markets. Our room was surprisingly comfortable with cosy bedding and an AC unit. the bathrooms were clean and stylishly designed with black slate on the ground and white walls. the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs and the breakfast was sufficient to fuel us for the day. We appreciated the free WiFi and secure lockers under the beds.
One aspect that could be improved was the cleanliness of some parts of the room.
